This is the 7th in a series of folding robots to prepare for 4D printing. It was inspired by a robot called "Bender" that appeared in the animation "Futurama (1999-2013)".
The body of the robot is narrowed downward, so a new proportion is applied.

This is the kind of "3D Fan art". Many of my imaginations have been added. It is difficult to see the original shape before folding it.

This robot's arms and legs are elongated and structurally reinforced to prevent them from falling due to the vibration of the 3D printer during printing. Nevertheless, please understand that the length of the legs is slightly shortened because the legs are so large that they are likely to fall during the print.
It is very difficult to create hand-drawn animated characters in 3D. So, to express the feeling, I interpreted it subjectively and designed it.
The chest has a door that can be opened and closed so that you can put various things in it.

Designed for easy folding of complex structures, this product has been designed to meet the needs of popular 4D printing in the future.
It will revolutionize 3D printing as a totally new structure robot that does not need to be supported nor assembled, just fold.
This design does not require assembly, but the head, arms, and legs can rotate at various angles, so you can play with a variety of things.
Especially, the arm has a double structure so that it can rotate in two directions, so you can take many poses. In addition, the legs are made to protrude to the front and back, and the angle is precisely adjusted so that it does not fall over.
The folded part is made concave so that anyone can fold it easily.

Can someone please tell me how much "bend" the arms should have?
The model printed beautifully for me, but I don't want to break it as I work it in. Currently the arms on my print rotate/twist 360 degrees, perfectly. However, there is also a very slight bend to the arms. I can tell by the design that there is an intentional hinge in the shoulder, but I'm not quite sure how much this hinge/joint is designed to "bend".

Hello, I just bought the model, but at the preview you can not see any watermark outside the robot.
There is a big watermark at the back of the robot, so this is not the model I ordered.

Can I have it without it? If not I would like to have my money back. Thank You.

Your Designs are very cool, especially the Bender :)!
I'm A huge fan of Futurama and of your foldable Robots.
I have one last question, why does the Bender i bought have your Logo on his back and the one in the Image alswell as the one you show on youtube does not?
Is it possible to get the one without logo on the back?

Thank you for your great Work! I'll recommend you and your Website to my friends!

Got it working on second try on a tuned in printer. This model is not for beginners. Some comments here also indicate that people don't have the extrusion multiplier set right. It needs to be on point. Overextrusion in combination with bad cooling leads to warping that can break the arms loose. You need really good bed adhesion for this if you don't use a raft. I have a good experience on my ultrabase. To tune in your extrusion multiplier and retractions try moon city in 50% scale on 0.4mm nozzles. There you can directly see how well your printer is tuned in. Also this print is a lot quicker and doesn't need that much filament. Depending on your Filament your can carefully bend all joints. a little bit of heat works well.

Hey Fab365. Could you upload a model where the head is turned around 180 degrees? This would help people with a one-sided cooling solution because all steep overhangs would face in the same direction.
I enjoy your models. Keep up the good work!

Thank you in detail how to adjust a 3D printer based on your experience and how to print our designs. Your detailed explanations will be of great help to users who want to print different designs as well as the print of this design. Please continue to love our designs and upload many reviews! Thank you! And we will consider your ideas and suggestions in future designs.

Recently, bad people uploaded our designs to Thingiverse or various sites. So we suffered a lot of monetary damage. We are forced to expose the logo as much as possible. It was an inevitable choice for us to continue this work. I hope you understand.

Is there a trick to getting the cigar to fit in his hand? I'm afraid that I'm going to break off the fingers if I push too hard. I used PLA so it's not very flexible.

My print worked very well on my Prusa i3 MK2/S with MMU. I didn't use supports or a raft. Unfortunately, I used PLA and as soon as I tried to fold it, the parts broke apart (head and legs). Not a big deal though, I'm going to glue them. Perhaps I should have used PETG which I've heard is more flexible.

We are using PLA for all printing. Almost all PLAs do not break when folded. But some brands are broken. Also, depending on the storage condition, problems may occur. Above all, transparent PLA breaks well in all brands. Please consider this point well. Thank you.
