GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
I designed it for the coming Halloween day. This jack o lantern is very simple, consisting of two parts: the body and the stem. The design is cut out of the eyes, nose and mouth to resemble the real thing. However, the output is somewhat difficult.
※ There is logo on the side ※
※ The stalk of the transparent face and the cut off face are different. Only one stalk is included. Be sure to check. ※
The assembly method is very simple, just insert the ends of the body pieces one by one on the stem.
One thing to note when printing is that there is a risk that the outer parts will fall off during printing. Therefore, pay attention to bed / plate adhesion. If your bed / plate adhesion is not good, I recommend using Raft.
To insert the LED tea candle inside, pull out three strands of the body, insert the LED tea candle, and insert the remaining body pieces.

LED tea candles are sold in Ikea as GODAFTON, MOGNAD, STOPEN. The size of the LED tea candle is about 40 mm in diameter. Even if it is not a product of IKEA, you can put it inside if it is an LED tea candle. Have a great Halloween day.
When expanded, size = X 137mm, Y 184mm, Z 53mm After folding X 89mm, Y 87mm, Z 82mm

I need some help with the settings for an Ultimaker S3.
Nice working and good looking print, but the advertising on both side of the model is too much!
ciao ho una MK3s hai mica i parametri esatti ? ho provato ad usare il prusaslicer di base ma non mi viene..
You can download my settings from your profile after login.
Thank you~
Ho risolto il problema e ho capito dove ho sbagliato.... Grazie mille è bellissimo... E FORZA DUCATI ❤️
I printed this on a Mk2s sliced in Simplify 2D with the setting
you listed ... and it printed very well. With one defect .... (( see attached photo)) .. not sure why this happened? Printing too fast? I am going to try the other version., Thanks for designing this.
Hello! Printing this on an Ender 3 with Cura. I got the recommendation for the air gap setting, but can you share the raft settings so that only prints around the areas that touch the bed? When I set the raft it wants to set it around the entire piece as one solid raft. Not sure which setting I'm missing to change this. Thank you.
Hi ! I bought this file and it did not print well, a part did not come out, it was cut and it did not fit correctly. I want to attach an image but it won't let me ... where can I send it to you so you can see it? I'm printing with a x1 artillery. Can you help me ?Thanks!
Please try with jpeg image.
Thanks~
hi can you tell me what the best layer height should be i have printed it out yesterday and it came out ok but i had a lot of stringing and blobs and the centre part where the tea light sits was all stringing my layer height was .2 and 50mm speed 210 nozzle and 70 bed as i have ender 3 pro with an extended bed i used a brim on mine and it stuck down perfectly.
You must not use brim. Brim blocks all gaps in the first layer of parts, so they cannot move.
Raft is OK, but you should care about air gaps. Please use big air gap.
Thank you~
Can you guys share the Ender3 full profile you used? It doesn't seem to work for me, the piece is not sticking to the raft even though I'm using 0.15mm separation distance !!
We use separation 0.1mm~0.12
Try again with this value/number.
Thanks~
