GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf.   This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.

I designed it for the coming Halloween day. This jack o lantern is very simple, consisting of two parts: the body and the stem. The design is cut out of the eyes, nose and mouth to resemble the real thing. However, the output is somewhat difficult.

※ There is logo on the side ※
※ The stalk of the transparent face and the cut off face are different. Only one stalk is included. Be sure to check. ※

The assembly method is very simple, just insert the ends of the body pieces one by one on the stem.

One thing to note when printing is that there is a risk that the outer parts will fall off during printing. Therefore, pay attention to bed / plate adhesion. If your bed / plate adhesion is not good, I recommend using Raft.

To insert the LED tea candle inside, pull out three strands of the body, insert the LED tea candle, and insert the remaining body pieces.

LED tea candles are sold in Ikea as GODAFTON, MOGNAD, STOPEN. The size of the LED tea candle is about 40 mm in diameter. Even if it is not a product of IKEA, you can put it inside if it is an LED tea candle. Have a great Halloween day.

When expanded, size = X 137mm, Y 184mm, Z 53mm After folding X 89mm, Y 87mm, Z 82mm

Can you guys share the Ender3 full profile you used? It doesn't seem to work for me, the piece is not sticking to the raft even though I'm using 0.15mm separation distance !!

We use separation 0.1mm~0.12 Try again with this value/number. Thanks~

Please consider making a smaller label of fab365 logo, its too big and is making many people think twice before purchasing. I did purchase a copy and plan on printing, but please make the logo smaller or perhaps put it in the inside, in reddit site there are many people that want to buy it but they don't because the logo is too big, unlike other models you offer in your site. Perhaps the place the logo like the Snowman model ? Anyway, thanks for sharing your talent! Once I print it I'll share pictures

Many people have given us their opinions about the logo, so from now on we will be more cautious about position and size. We expect your print review~ Thank you very much!

3rd failed attempt. 1st try was without a raft and the part wouldn't adhere to the bed. 2nd try had a raft, but the raft wouldn't adhere to the bed for the entire print (started out ok, but failed about halfway through the 15 hours). This attempt had good raft adhesion throughout the print, but the tips of the pumpkin failed in their adhesion to the raft - how does one solve that?

There will be an option to adjust the distance between the Raft and the object. If you reduce it, the object will be more firmly attached to the Raft. In Cura, "Raft air gap" and "Initial layer Z overlap" work for object and raft distance. Please check my screen shot. Thank you.

I love this design! Has anybody used Cura to slice the file? When I try to change the setting to those listed my estimate time jumps from 10 hours to 24 hours. Cura has the top and bottom layers at 4. If I change the top to 8 and the bottom to 4 then the time doubles. Am I doing something wrong or can I leave the cura settings? Thanks Tim
