This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
Version 1.1 fixes
The following modifications have been made to meet customer requirements.
1. We designed the logo to be 70% smaller and lowered the position to make it less visible than before.
2. Changed the structure of the stem so that the small round protrusions are not easily broken.

I designed it for the coming Halloween day. This jack o lantern is very simple, consisting of two parts: the body and the stem. The design is cut out of the eyes, nose and mouth to resemble the real thing. However, the output is somewhat difficult.

The assembly method is very simple, just insert the ends of the body pieces one by one on the stem.
One thing to note when printing is that there is a risk that the outer parts will fall off during printing. Therefore, pay attention to bed / plate adhesion. If your bed / plate adhesion is not good, I recommend using Raft.
To insert the LED tea candle inside, pull out three strands of the body, insert the LED tea candle, and insert the remaining body pieces.

LED tea candles are sold in Ikea as GODAFTON, MOGNAD, STOPEN. The size of the LED tea candle is about 40 mm in diameter. Even if it is not a product of IKEA, you can put it inside if it is an LED tea candle. Have a great Halloween day.

First I would like to say I love your models, however this one has issues. 3 attempts, two attempts on MK3S+ and one attempt on Bambu P1S. All fail in the same spot, with or without supports. Do you have an updated version of this model?
Could you make a version of this that doesn't use hinges? The hinges leave an unsightly gap when formed into the pumpkin. Can you make the sections individual, with connectors like some of your other designs? Or even make them with just holes to insert magnets?
The same goes for your ornaments, since the appear to use the same basic principal and have visible hinge gaps also.
Bought this and it printed fine when i used a Raft.
Kinda disapointed that the Logo is in such a obvious place.
Should have been placed on the bottom.
In all a very nice model, prints well.
Prusa Mini
I have now tried and failed 5 times to print on my Ender 3 Pro with BL Touch. Each time after 5 and a half hours the outer portions come away from the raft. Different temperatures have been tried on bed and extruder. I did even try some supports to no avail. All other items in the Halloween package print fine.
Success using separation 0.1mm and a raft. Both models printed fine. We learn as we print👍👍👍
hi, can it be printed on a mini+ at 100%?
4mm bigger than prusa mini maximum print size.
So, you can reduce 4mm in slice software.

If you increase the Retraction value, you can decrease the String.
We use various 3D printer.
And we check printability with them.
