GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
Finally I built a container box for the Foldable Peterbilt truck. I wanted to make it in a folding way, but the size was so large that, inevitably, this design did not apply a folding method.

This container box was made to be available in two sizes, making it user selectable. For smaller sizes (20ft), the trailer frame should be shortened before loading. For large sizes (40ft), stretch the frame and place it.
However, two small sizes cannot be placed at the same time.
The door of this trailer is easy to open and close, and can be used to hold small things inside.

I got an issue with the front piece, the doors' joint is stuck with each other, had to separate them by force but end up with broken it. have to print again. I did pay attention with the first layer width, first layer extrusion and elephant foot... but the thing is starting from 2nd layer, external wall sticked together. any suggestion? Thanks

Yes. The container model is 1/48 scale.
Printed it using an Ender 3; looks good. I ran out of Blue PLA, completed it using Yellow PLA.

cura에서 확인한 결과 side-B xyz값이 각각 50x56.6X116.8로 나오네요. 40FT로 확대했을때 얼마로 Z값을 조절해야하나요?
전체를 같은 비율로 확대하는 기능이 Cura에 있습니다. 그것을 활용해 보세요~
