GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
The foldable Peterbilt379 truck is a steadily popular design. So, many customers are asking us to create options to connect to this truck. In particular, there were many requests and votes to build fuel tanks.
Request for fuel tank ➪
In response to these requests, we made a fuel tank this time.
Fitted to the Foldable peterbilt 379, it's very large and only fits into a 200 mm X 200 mm bed size. Please check the 3D printer bed size.
The folding process is very complicated, the order is as follows.
1. Insert the left and right sides of the front frame first, then join them. There is one clip for fixing, so you need to check it and fit it well.
2. Insert the connector into the recessed Y-shape of the front tank.
3. Fit the front frame to the front tank.
4. Slide the back frame (the part with wheels) to move.
5. Fit the rear frames divided into left and right. There are two clips to fix, so check and fit these two.
6. Push the connector with the rear frame connected to the tank into the tank and fit the opposite part.
7. Put the folded front and back parts together, and the large shape is completed.
8. Put the stand, ladder and wheel cover on it and you are done.
9. You can connect this fuel tank to the folding Peterbilt 379 truck, just like removing the trailer frame.
Please check the following video for more details on how to fold.

Hello,
I am interested to purchase this design, but to give a realistic look, I need to paint the rear trailer and wheels in black, is there any possibility to tweak the design and I get tanker and trailer separate similar to the container and trailer design which I purchased from your design.
Regards,
K10
Would some update be possible to make the wheels seperate like the one of the Marmon Truck?
Where is the hade?
