GOODesign
GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
The popularity of the foldable tiger tank late production was great. And there were many requests to produce early production as well. In response to these customer demands, this time, Foldable Tiger tank early production was designed.
Early production differs from Late production as follows.
1. First of all, the turret is a bit simpler, and there are no extra tracks. Instead, there are smoke-making devices.
2. An air filter is installed on the back of the body.
3. Lighting is installed in front of the body.
4. The wheels have a simpler shape.
5. Other details have different shapes.
The process of folding this tank is the same as the late production we made earlier, and is as follows.
1. Fold the front part first. Since the living hinge is used, fold it carefully and slowly so as not to break it.
2. Insert the side part with wheels on the front part and the top part. Check and fit each protrusion and hole.
3. Insert the rest of the side part. The body has been completed.
4. Connect the two tracks / caterpillars first.
5. Wind the track / caterpillar around the wheel. There is a change in shape, and the non-simple side is the outside of the track / caterpillar.
6. Fit the start and end parts of the track / caterpillar.
7. Put the cannon on the turret.
8. Glue the small parts on the back.
※ If the track is loose, try the following method.
1. If you increase the material flow in all slicers, more material will be discharged and the volume of the part will increase. This effect reduces the gap between the parts so that the tracks do not come loose or fall out.
2. And in case of using additional Cura, use Outer wall inset or Skin overlap percentage option.

EDIT:
Drukowane pięć razy i wciąż gąsienice się rozsypują. To nie parametry druku są złe, to model jest do bani.
In this case, increasing the material flow will have the effect of increasing the volume of the parts to be printed, reducing the gap between the parts and preventing them from falling out.
Try printing again by increasing the material flow.
Thank you~
I have a ender 3, everything printed really well using the settings in simplify3d part from the caterpillar tracks. They seem to fall to bits, is there anything i can do?
We're sorry to hear that the printing didn't go well. We guess the problem is the bed adhension.
Please check the link below or we would appreciate it if you could send us a photo at help@fab365.net for an accurate answer.

Never use retraction setting that high, I have 3 times failure with the caterpillar. Now I'm trying to use retraction 0.4, wish me luck.
We use 0.8~10mm retraction.
If you ask with photos, we can help you more.
We hope you solve your problem.
Thank you!
Most default extrusion width is 0.45mm in Prusa slicer.
If your nozzle diameter is 0.4mm, this setting is not good.
So you have to change extrusion width to 0.4mm
If changing the settings like this does not solve the problem, try increasing the Extrusion multiplier.

So i got my printer finally fine tuned, so i figured i would try this out... and it printed great and was able to get all the parts moving very easy (thank you printer lol) my problem though, is the bottom, doesn't want to snap into the top (in the middle clip) and this is causing the other parts to be loose.. should these all be glued together?, because without the bottom clicking in.. everything is still loose and gaps...
That's because the side parts (the parts with the wheels) don't fit well into the top parts (the parts with the turret).
The bottom part must be fitted firmly. If the side parts (the parts with wheels) do not fit well, you will need to use adhesive.
Thank you~
If the tracks become loose, Simplify 3D users should make sure the Extrusion Width is Auto.
It should be Manual/0.4mm.
※ If your tracks are loose, in Cura, use the Outer wall inset or Skin overlap percentage option.
