GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.

At the request of many customers, I designed a foldable humvee. The military humvee is very large, almost the size of a small tank. So, I put a lot of effort into making the unfolded size smaller so that it can be printed on ordinary 3D printers.
Many customers requested that the tires be printed separately and designed to fit, but this time we applied that request.

The process of folding and assembling this foldable military humvee is as follows.

1. Fold the engine and windshield slightly to fit.
2. Insert both side parts into the roof parts of the humvee.
3. Align the front and rear parts with the side parts in a good fit.
4. Press the lower part of this car into the front part and the rear part.
5. Fit each of the 4 tires.
6. Glue the front and rear bumpers.
7. It is complete by inserting the roof parts.

    I have print the skid loader and have problems with the cylinders. make you 2 to 1 ?

    Snap together design doesn't work well unless you glue it. Axles snap easily when pushing on tires. Too fragile for a kid to play with.

    This looks great. The Humvee is actually being succeeded by the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (https://oshkoshdefense.com/vehicles/light-tactical-vehicles/jltv/). Any chance you could put the JLTV on your "to do" list?
