I really like CAD modeling, the creation of functional models and the manufacture of various devices. I am interested in 3D sculpting and I like to make different funny creatures and monsters. I believe that 3D printers allow us to produce products that are not reachable on other machines - and this makes the technology very interesting. I like to study the features of 3D printing technology and create a design that is functional and as simple as possible for manufacturing on a 3D printer.

Description 2 (model):

Flexy muscular worm

3D printed and ready (no supports, printed at place)

Model consists of movable segments. Inside the body of the worm, it is necessary to fix an elastic band with a diameter of 40 mm - it plays the role of an artificial muscle, thanks to which the worm twitches coolly

You can insert the keychain (25 mm ring) into the worm's mouth and use it as a keyring

3D PRINTING SETTINGS

My settings:

0.4 nozzle, layer 0.2 mm

7 perimeter, 5 top and bottom solid layers

infill 40%

The connectors of the worm body segments have a slope of 60 degrees, so that everything can be printed without problems, I use a low print speed (about 30 mm / sec - for my printer) and good airflow is needed on the model
