GOODesign
GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
Fab365.net is constantly growing. With challenging and diverse attempts, 3D printing design technology is growing and improving day by day. This is thanks to our customers, and in order to reward them, we are always trying to make what they have requested from our customers.
So, in response, we designed the Millennium falcon from Star Wars, which many customers have requested.
I designed the millennium falcon to be printed and assembled without the need for support by dividing the shape inspired by pizza slices.
And above all, we created the maximum possible detail that can be expressed with a 0.4mm nozzle. And detailed shapes that cannot be expressed with a 0.4mm nozzle are omitted.
Each part is engraved with an alphabet so customers don't get confused when assembling it. If you look at this and fit it, you can fit the parts into the correct position.
Depending on the condition of the printer, parts may be loose. In this case, please use adhesive to attach it.
Please check the video for detailed assembly process.
Additionally, we plan to design a stand to display the millennium falcons nicely. We look forward to seeing many of you.

Thanks!!
what is the total weight ?
Printed clean with Geeetech White at 225c / 60c bed temperature. Only had 2 issues.
(1) The landing gear doesn’t fit well into the landing feet after folding together. I decided to snip one side of the peg then glued both sides together. I glued the 1/2 peg into the foot and it worked.
(2) Boarding Ramp won’t stay up snug to the Falcon when I want it closed. It just flops open. Any suggestion? I printed the Ramp twice. Neither stay up. I really don’t want to glue it permanently closed unless I have to.
I love this model. Printed it now with 140% scale. The bigger it is the better it is.
Easy to assembly and everything prints out very nicely.
Perfect print!
No visible layers!
The bigger it is the better it is.
Thank you very much for your awesome print!
Great Job FAB365! Printed first time at .02 on my ender 3 at standard size. On my next print I would love to scale it up and increase print detail on my side and then try to get in it. Might need a bigger printer. LOL! Well done on the stand as well.
You are so good at 3D printing that if you buy a bigger printer you will be able to print even better!
My double sized Millenium Falcon
The size is big and the nice painting is added, so it's a really cool piece of art!!!
Thank you for your wonderful printing!
I wanted to thank fab365 for this magnificent project millenium falcon. stl is very easy to print and is really well done. lho printed at 245%, 60 cm long
Must have taken you 2 to 3 weeks! Looks great!
Yes, it is~
I thought your print is resin printed one.
This is super quality.
Thank you for printing and photos~
Awesome model thanks I had so much fun building this. Made one scaled 50% mostly still works fine except some of the smaller parts need glue
Good morning, love this Falcon design and it rocks!!! I am having an issue with part E of the armor plates. I am using Adobe Photo Studio for this print as our school is using the Dremel 3D 40 and 3D45 printers. The other pieces have thrown minor repairs which have been resolved. But part E is getting hung up with 100+ errors, no manifold ventricles.
Any help is much appreciated this is the coolest falcon model out there. Thank you so much for your hard work.
Kindly
Steve
Amazing project. I printed everything at once. 2 days and 14 minutes.(0.2 layer, PLA and 70 or 75 mm/s
But. I don't think I should have used raft(brim maybe). It's very difficult to remove.
After I assemble everything I'll edit the post later with the photo
DO NOT USE RAFT or use with settings that you really sure that you will not lose all of your prints as did do I
Thank you
Your material looks very brittle. Why not use Blue disappearing glue stick on the hot surface so it sticks and it's easy to remove?
We don't recommend using raft, but when you use raft please increase raft air gap value.
Thank you~
