GOODesign
GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
You've been waiting so long. Finally finished the A-10 'warthog' Thunderbolt II.
This plane has a slender body and wide and thick wings that are not symmetrical in many ways. So it was very difficult to put a characteristic structure. After much deliberation, I decided to make it a little bigger.
By making it bigger, I have more space, so I made structures that I had never been able to express before.
Canopy opening/closing, engine cover opening/closing, flap movement, etc. In particular, it is speculated that this is the first time in 3D to reproduce the structure of the flap that opens up and down at the same time.
It is recommended to use a brim for the wings. Otherwise, it may fall over during printing.
Created custom supports for several parts. They must be carefully removed with a knife. The side from which the support has been removed must be trimmed evenly to ensure good bonding.
Unlike the real thing, this plane is heavy at the back, so when it's finished, the front is lifted. In order to prevent this, I made a small support bar that is not actually there.
In an airplane, the left and right sides are uniquely used, and the port on the port and the starboard on the starboard are distinguished. So, I wrote down P and S for parts that are likely to be confused on the left and right (eg engine).

beautifull model but man the gun on the a-10 MUST be on the center line, so it doesnt brake the whole balance of the plane while fireing.
(this is kinda a joke, and i love this model)
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thank you!
Please enjoy~
You're actually not far off. While the barrel is offset (this it to allow room for the nose landing gear to retract which is also offset), the particular barrel that is in the firing position (approx 7 o'clock position when looking at the front of the barrel assembly) actually is directly in line with the centerline of the aircraft. It's not so much for balancing as it is for aiming.
Can i amend the size of this model?
Yes, you can.
If you print this design too small, the parts may stick together, so don't print too small. Printing large is no problem.
Please enjoy~
Awesome models!! You should make a bundle including the armament:) I hope it prints as nice in my ender 3 with petg
We designed armament set.

You can print with PETG.
Please enjoy~
thank for the beautiful model, hope to see more fighter jets coming like F-15.lol
Could you ask or vote on my request page please?

Thank you~
My favorite plane. Thanks so much for designing such a beautiful model. I may have to work on a stand for it so it looks like it flying. I printed mine with eSun gray PLA+. Thanks again so much!!
Your printing is undoubtedly so great!
I'll try to quickly create related designs such as display stands and weapons.
Thank you so much for your printing and sharing photo!
This model has printed with a lot of issues. I'm not happy about all the reprints I am having to do. The model itself is very cool and detailed. But the quality of the print files is lacking compared to other models I have purchased from you. Many items have not worked with supplied supports so I have had to generate my own. which seems to be working much better. This needs to be updated. Badly.
Beautiful model,I hope you will make a stand for it(I see the hole is prepared on the bottom of the fuselage :)
We are working on it!
Please look forward to it.
Thanks~
