This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
For Easter, we designed a folding dragon egg, although somewhat different from its original religious meaning.
At Easter, we share eggs or share things we want to share (candies, chocolates, etc.) inside egg-shaped objects. At this time, I came up with a foldable dragon egg, thinking it would be nice to have something more interesting in the shape of an egg.
The structure is very simple.
However, you need to put a joint for connection under the upper part, so it is recommended to print it strongly by setting Infill 50%, wall 3 or 1.2mm so that it is not weak.
When folding the egg, carefully check the shape of the scales and insert it.
The shape of the inner V-shaped slope of the egg may not be printed properly.
Since there is adequate space inside, it is good to put small candy or chocolate as a gift.
