This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
It is an Easter egg that expresses a forest landscape.
This egg light consists of 3 layers. The innermost layer is made with a rotating shaft, on top of which the remaining two layers are placed and the buttons are glued together.
When gluing the buttons, be careful not to let the adhesive come into contact with the other layers.
The concave groove of the bottom part is designed to fit the second layer.
It is designed to be used as a light by putting an LED light candle inside.
You can use the LED tea light candle as a good mood lighting to express your own forest by turning the egg shell with the tree expression.
When printing each layer, it is recommended to use a support or lower the printing speed to 1800mm/sec or less to print because the tree branch is thin and shakes during printing, and the printing quality may be poor.
