GOODesign
GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
The previously designed Foldable M4 sherman tank was very popular, and requests from customers to make various tanks flooded the request page.

This time, I designed the M4A3E8 Sherman Tank, which was especially popular with the public through the movie "Fury".
It's very simple to make, and the only difference from the previously designed M4 sherman is that you have to put the tires and wheel caps on it. If the tire does not fit well, cut off the protrusions on the wheel axle a little to fit the tire well. Please be careful as the wheel may come off if you cut the protrusions of the wheel shaft too much.
※ Precautions! ※
1. The rear tires and wheels(track idlers) are slightly larger in size. This can be confusing, so check the size carefully!
2. Track is a pair of long and short ones.
3. The front wheel (track drive sprocket) must be pushed in as far as the other wheels are fitted.
Tracks are sometimes separated. In this case, just increase the Material Flow slightly in the slicer and print again.
In addition, many of the customer's know-how and experiences are written in the reviews of tanks previously designed by Fab365. It will be more helpful if you refer to them.

How did you manage to turn the pallets? Do the pallets turn freely? I have only one pallet problem left. Pallets turn very hard. what can i do?
i have a problem, i have ender 3 s1 and Cr-10 Smart Pro. I do not have any problems with printing the products on the S1, but I have problems with their movement, I move it very hard or when I assemble the parts, they break and I glue them unintentionally. On the Cr-10, there is no problem in its movements, I can easily combine it. but my biggest problem with both are these pallets. (caterpillar) I apply all the suggestions, but I couldn't get it out of the way, I would be very grateful if you could help.
What material is used for the tracks? My pla is not flexible enough to put them on
Sending us a picture of your print will help us identify the problem more accurately, but from your words it seems the track parts are sticking together and not moving very well.
Please check the print tips provided by Fab365.

Hey, I love this model but I'm having some problems with it. Overhangs come out poorly to the point where nozzle get's stuck and detaches a part from the bed. Also a bit further, I bought PEI bed for the purpose of printing this model but parts won't stuck at all. Fresh, right from the box only cleaned with IPA. Either way good job with modeling it!
This is because the material does not cool quickly after it is dispensed. Increasing the fan speed to max will solve the problem to some extent.
Thank you~
