GOODesign
GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
Users who have printed Tie fighter will already notice, but I already had Tie interceptor in mind from the beginning.
And this time I designed a tie interceptor.
When printing the wing, I made a support wall to form the edge shape well. I also made a support for the upper part of the wing. Please remove these after printing is complete.
Caution! When slicing wings, please set as follows.
Print speed: 1200 mm/min or less
Wall : 4 or 1.6mm
Please refer to the video for detailed assembly process.

The display stand previously designed for the Tie fighter can also be used with this Tie interceptor.

With this, you can now create a battle scene between X-wing, Tie fighter, and Tie interceptor.
Please look forward to the next Star Wars series!

I already have a free model in the Tie fighter but how can you purchase the interceptor? Page doesn't give me any options.
I doubt one may buy FREE models. Your best bet is to buy the Tie Fighter/Interceptor stand for $2.99. You will get a ticket which you can use for the free Interceptor.
My print isn't as good as the video. I tried several things, but couldn't get rid of the Z-Seam gap in the print of the panel. Everything else looks fine (though not as clean as the video). The suggested slicer settings in the description are nice, but didn't eliminate my issue.
Which printer and slicer do you use?
We will check.
Thanks
how do you download the stl file?
I just found this page, so when I opened the page I had 1 free ticket. Under the words "1 free ticket" there was a download button. Clicked it, it saved as a zip file, then extracted and there were the STL's.
I opened the files in Cura
Do you have any advice for printing with a .6 nozzle? Especially when it comes with the wings, 4 walls are not doing anything, the panel areas are still empty. Thanks!
The 0.6 nozzle is very rarely used so I don't know what setting to use.
However, it seems to work if you print it at a larger scale.
Thank you~
guess this isn't really free.
When asking people to "buy" an item to be able to download a free file with a download ticket implies that the file is only attained by a purchase and/or creating an account. I think this is just trying to manipulate it so people need to purchase a file to get a free item.
I have purchased a few files from you, does that mean I get one download ticket from each file I've purchased ?
Need a free ticket :(

Free model! But needs a free download ticket... so not free.
