GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
The Flexi design created this time is the legendary monster Kraken.
The Kraken is an imaginary monster that comes in many forms.
I designed it with the motif of a giant squid and added my imagination to it.
main features
1. In order to move the torso, I put a joint structure inside and folded it to complete it.
2. Kraken's teeth are expressed on the bottom part of the body with legs.
3. I expressed the skin characteristics of various marine creatures (whale, turtle, shark, etc.) living in the sea for a long time.

As makers who have had experience in printing these Flexi designs are already well aware, it is very important to print well by adhering to the build bed and slicing so that the parts that connect like the chain of bridge parts are printed well.
