GOODesign
GOODesign is a design studio established in Seoul, Korea by a representative who has been active in product design and 3D CG field for 20 years. As a design company that pursues a reasonable and differentiated digital design, it has always presented a new direction through working with clients such as Hyundai Motor, Siemens Korea and beiersdorf. This time, we have put out the life product for 3D printing by utilizing various technique design based on the shape of the Class-A surface. These products are especially the result of deep research on the 3D printing dominant shape that can not be mass-produced using a mold.
I've finally completed the Saturn V rocket that spacecraft/rocket fans have been constantly asking me to build.
Features of this design include:
1. The process of launching this rocket, landing on the moon, and returning to Earth was all reproduced as desired.
2. Efficient color segmentation tried to color the prototype Saturn V well.
3. I tried to express all the details based on various materials.
This design, like the other rockets I've designed, is large and has a lot of parts, so it will take a long time to complete a print.
There are a few things to note about this process.
1. Depending on the separation phase of your rocket, there are things you can and shouldn't use glue for. Please check this carefully.
2. The characters are slightly skewed for better printing. Please check the direction of this tilt carefully and put it in advance before bonding.
3. Fold the escape tower well and insert it well into the hole at the bottom of the launch escape system and insert it well into the hole at the top of the boost protective cover. And use adhesive to fix it, so you have to be careful to fit it vertically.
4. The lunar lander's landing gear fits well by turning and twisting it like the pistons of the heavy equipment I designed. These landing gears have a slight indentation where the U-shaped structure fits, care must be taken not to break this part.
5. Alphabets are written from A to D on the booster stabilizer fin of the first stage rocket. Please check this order and the position where they fit.
As always, we hope for a lot of support from fans in the aerospace field.

Thanks for making this really outstanding model. With the addition of the display stand, it really is a model worthy of display.
Great model. Printed @ 170%.
I'm printing this now. Did you paint in the American Flag? Also, did you paint the "UNITED STATES" letters? Looks great!
Hi there, this model is amazing and printed fantastic! However, the Lunar adapter modules (Four pieces along the top shrouding the lunar module) fit perhaps too well and don't friction-fit at all. They just sit along the top, they don't snap down or anything. I'm using a Prusa MK4. Any advice?
I would also like to request the stabilizing fins without the letters. If they are needed, maybe a small letter on an edge that is hidden when glued?
Thanks!
Edit: looks like I was really wrong! Pictures of the fins of the spacecraft showed letters on the surfaces... Please retract my request! (and I'll do my research first next time...)

Me too! Should have looked closer at the pictures. I respectfully remove my request. Hey, can you change the font of them though? LOL.
Having issues with "Fab365_Saturn_V_Third_Stage_Assembly_Mid_Black.stl", I've tried redownloading the file and have the same issue with Prusaslicer and BambuStudio.
Please advise.
Ended up loading the file into Tinkercad, saved it, and downloaded it before slicing.
Got rid of the slicing problem.
Is there a reason for Letters A, B, C & D on the stabilizers? Can you please put a clean stl of the fist stage stabilizers? Thank you very much.
Could you please edit stage 3 and delete the text "USA". That wasn't there. Thank you :)
We added non-text part.
'Fab365_Saturn_V_Third_Stage_Assembly_Bottom_White.stl'
You can choose, non-text 3rd stage.
Please check and download again.
Text part name is 'Fab365_Saturn_IB_Third_Stage_White.stl'
Thank you~
I would really like to purchase this, but there is an error in the design. There should not be a USA on the top of the rocket, the Saturn V only had them at the bottom. Are there any plans to change this, or will it stay as is? I am aware I could print our USA in white and plug it in at the top, but it would still stand out and be noticeable.
We added non-text part.

I can't get any of the 'S'es to fit. The 'U's and 'A's all fit OK. Is there a trick to getting them to fit and/or slicing them so they fit easier?
I printed out 8 instances of 'Fab365_Saturn_V_Text_USA_Red_X4stl.stl' in the 3rd stage folder. As far as I could tell this is identical to the individual letters included in the 1st and 3rd stage folders.
Everything printed (Kobra Max) just fine using recommended Cura settings. Had a nozzle clog that ruined a print but not STL file issue. Hand painted American flags (please don't count stars), UNITED STATES text, and fin lettering. Happy with model.
