The Heart Padlock dosen´t work for me. Its not printed very well. 100%, 125%, 150% don´t work.
Every time every moveable peace glued together with the base, even if slicer settings "horizontal hole expansion" makes peaces "smaller".
PLA and PETG also.

Since the silky filament is too shiny, it is difficult to determine the cause of the problem, so as an experiment, try printing with non-shiny filament and take a photo of the attached part to enlarge, so we can give you more detailed advice.
